Took my car to get serviced as it was still under factory warranty. The guy that took care of it was supposedly the assistant manager. Horrible experience he was upset that I didn’t want all the “recommended” maintenance add ons that would have cost me almost $500..... he told me I needed my transmission fluid changed that it was soooo bad And they hadn’t even checked it..... overall experience was terrible I just wanted my car out of there. He wasn’t pleasant to talk to and only wanted his commission. Won’t be back.
Unless you want your car looking like this, stay away. The Larry H. Miller dealerships are horrid. Awful customer care. They don’t know what they’re doing. It’s not worth it. If you bought from them, trade your car in to a GOOD dealership. If you’re considering buying from them, DON’T!!!
