I have been coming to this dealership for the past 5 years and it has progressively gotten worse. In the past their service was great, they always topped off all of my fluids and did a thorough inspection with details from the mechanic about what they saw. I even asked That all of my fluids would be topped off knowing I needed to put in wiper fluid. Kaela was very good until she told me the credit checks would be soft checks. I got an email that were two hard inquiries. I sat alone in the showroom with no other customers, for 35 minutes till the muscular F&I guy came out. He ask me how my experience was at Larry Miller, I replied terrible. He asked why and I told him. He said "I don't appreciate your attitude, I'll get someone else to help you " He couldn't find someone else, so he helped me anyway.
