Horrible experience!! Already knew the issue with my car (O2 sensor needed replaced) as I had taken it to an auto parts store and had it plugged in. Brought it to the dealership to have it replaced. Was told it would be an hour to run their own diagnosis. Four hours later they told me that yes the o2 sensor did need replaced (duh) but wanted to charge me 4x what the part normally costs plus diagnosis time and labor. Left without getting the car fixed so it was a total waste of time and money as I had to pay for their time to... read more
Had a 10 am appointment for an oil change. Over 2 hours later still here waiting to get my car back. Horrible, horrible service.

Don’t buy your car from here they will play you and try to make you spend more money. Brand new car just bought 4 months ago, i have been in and out of the service office 3 times every month. Workers don’t know how to operate their own business. Can’t even talk to a manager without being passed to 4 different people who don’t have a sense of direction. I’ve made my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Every person I’ve spoken to over the phone have bad attitudes. They don’t want to help you.
Everyone was good, easy to work with and will go back.
