Well I feel I was mislead by the sales rep I was very upfront with what I have left to pay on my current vehicle and showed them my credit score and they were leading me on as if they could get me into a truck and still keep the $ 5500 rebate offer, I don’t like being lied too! Either you can or you can’t don’t mislead people!
I’m a little irritated with Larry Miller right now. I have a 2018 rogue and my cup holder keeps popping out of place. Took it in 2 weeks ago and they said they fixed it and then within 24 hrs of me picking it up it popped out again. Took it back to the dealership this last weekend, they had my car for 2 hours only to tell me there was nothing they can do, and not to worry the part is covered for 1 year or 12000 miles. Going through USAA buying service was helpful. Larry Miller had all the information before I went in. They had the car they had advertised and never tried to play the bait and switch game. When I told our salesman, Max Allred that we were financing through USAA he said okay and did not try to push us to use their financing. He was respectful and thorough. We did leave and go check out another offer at another dealership, but returned that afternoon to buy our vehicle from Max. Very positive experience.
Sam always takes care of us whenever we have any issues!! They provide quick and great service, which is extremely important when you depend on your car. Highly recommend!

I have been going there for service to my Nissan since purchasing it in 2012, even though it is a long trip for me. Always get professional, courteous, fair and honest treatment from them, especially my service rep Justin. Proof is in the pudding, as my car is still running great after 7 years.
Went to their parts department to get an SD card for the nav system. After purchasing the card, we went over to service dept. simply to ask if there would be any issues getting it to work. Sam told us to pull the car into the bay, and he installed the update and made sure everything worked properly. Sent us on our way, no charge for his time. Truly a pleasant surprise and excellent service. I would highly recommend.
Sam took very good care of me. He always does. I appreciate him and the rest of the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. I never feel like they are giving me the run around. Had my Nissan now 10yrs!! Thank you!
