2.5 hours for a oil change. customers where there half the time and if they waited long their advisor would show them the courtesy of acknowledge them and would go check their car. This dealership is a joke! I bought my car here 4 years ago and got screwed! Spent 30k on a 15k car, but was told EVERYTHING would be covered from tires, battery, fluids, flushes. Everything except the windshield wiper blades for 5 years. Then when my car came due, they said the guy that sold us that got fired for selling plans that didn't exist, but they would make it right. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I was in a very unique situation with the first purchase and they were more than accommodating. I worked with Iggy on the latest purchase and couldn’t have been happier. Iggy and the sales manager got us an absolute smoking deal and a remarkable trade in value. ROGER Cohen was a great and a delightful salesperson to work with
Sales department should be fired and hire a new crew. My sister in law left with a new car a week ago then today told she wasn't approved for it. They left her stranded at the dealership for 2 and a half hours till someone got off work to get her. With 3 kids!!! Didn't even refund her down payment. And her sales person left without even refunding her as well. Sales manager didn't even care how upset we we're. He acted like it wasn't even his problem. Way to be a family oriented company.
I Left nissan Larry H Miller with all smile in my heart. I got the car that I like. Thanks to Mr. Claudio Rivas. He helped me set up everything that is needed. Definitely will recommend him.
