Terrible dealership buy a car anywhere else. sticker add ons for 1500 bucks, finance run around, extra unwanted warranties at the end just before you sign. also known as the same old shady car dealership tactics. I hope Earnhardt buys you out.
I took my vehicle back a total of 6 times for the same issue. I was without a vehicle for a total of 6 weeks for the same issue. I wrote an email to Nissan Corporate Customer Care and the General Manager William Bixley on June 20 and to date I haven’t received a response. I was never offered a rental car and my car had been there so much and so long, the service advisor Sam stopped even calling to give me an update. RecommendedDealership was comfortable and salespeople were not pushy. Adam the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in.

Adam was excellent he didn’t push us to buy a car he made me feel very comfortable buying a cari love my car and he showed me two options for a car and gave me the best option possible so I bought a brand new versa this is second time he dealt with us and both times surpassed my expectations so thank you for an incredible cars salesman he should be rewarded for his knowledge and and straight forward and not hiding anything 5 star performance
Working with Nissan Corporate is the worse. They still haven’t returned my call after almost 2 weeks .. we will never buy another Nissan
I recently wrote a really great review for my experience at Larry H Miller Nissan in Mesa. Everything at the dealership originally was fantastic! James was great and even Wayne was really nice and made the entire experience a positive one. What has happened since I have left the lot is a WHOLE different story...A week after I signed my paperwork I got a call from Wayne after 8pm telling me there was an issue with the financing and I would have to give them back the car with no possibility of keeping it. James was fantastic! Super helpful the entire day. Wish that the whole process was quicker but I think everyone who has ever purchased a car could agree with that statement! James never once tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything. He worked with me to get me a brand new car at a price that fits my budget perfeftly! I will definitely be referring friends and family here in the future!

Purchased a new 2019 Nissan Kicks in November. A day later, I started hearing a grinding noise. Took the vehicle in for service. They somehow couldn't replicate the noise. The grinding noise continued and was more frequent. Like once a day. Again, the service technicians could not duplicate the noise which is improbable. Dropped the car at the dealer last week. Told them I didn't want it back until it was repaired. They apparently did fix the rattling noise behind the seat by replacing the seatbelt, but this had nothing to d... read more
