Do not buy a car from larry h miller My wife and were lied to when it came to transferring my special handicap plates. I specifically instructed both salesman and Finance mrg and included documentation supporting our special. They were well aware of situations and purposely just titled car in wifes name not allowing me to retain my handicap plates. If they could not do as requested we should have told.
I recommend Sam Ramirez , whenever I need service my Altima he is very profesional and the mecánic as well
My wife and I have had 3 Murano's . Her 2004 was rolled on our move to Scottsdale. I replaced her car with another Murano 2012. She wanted to use a dealer for service and it was to far to drive back to Tucson for the free service that came with the car. Took the car to Larry Miller. She got the 3 oil changes. If I can give them a zero star I would. Worst dealership to deal with. Cassidy (manager) an awful deceving person and rude. The leaf SV is posted on their website for $25k, when I was ready to buy he gave me a higher price, he said the lower price posted on their website is to get people in the door. During my conversation with him he said get out of here because I was right and he was wrong. Wow! Great customer service. I was ready to pay for the car in cash. Never gonna go back to them. I had by far the best experience at a car dealership with these guys! We had Jason help us, who was by far the most kind and thoughtful sales person. They were very upfront with us and made sure that we got the best deal we could possibly get. I never once was passed off to someone else to be dealt with and the General Sales Manager we were in communication with was equally as wonderful.
