I gave this dealership a fair shake and would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone. First off I brought my car in for an oil change, waited almost 3 hours and left with a pretty large scuff on the driver side rear passenger door, I was more than nice and let it slide. Second I brought the car in because it clearly has a VERY NOTICEABLE valve ticking on the driver side, the service writer said it is normal and they noted on the repair order that they "could not replica...Continue Reading

Purchased a Ford Focus from the tent sale at ST Expo Center. Was told they would have no problem getting me approved and we agreed upon a down payment and monthly payment. I purchased the car on Labor Day, so they weren't able to get financing approved in house that day. I asked if there was any chance I would have to return the car for any reason and was promised "they wouldn't put me in a car if they had any doubt I'd be able to keep." 3 days later I receive a call from the finance manager saying that they need $2500 more ... read more

Lied to me about parts and prices, and then gouged me on labor.. they said they'd install the pads and rotors I brought for me, but didn't tell me it was $300 in labor until after the I got the bill. $1400 lesson learned, never bringing my vehicle here to be service again.

We had a good experience at this dealership. Ken Labrum treated us great and was honest with everything that he promised and told us. He took a lot of time working with us to make a deal happen on our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and treated us fairly! Thanks again, Ken for working with us!
