Our service experience this week has been completely horrible! We brought in our van to be fixed because it was misfiring and the engine light was on. They told us that the head was warped, had a burnt valve, and that it had leaked coolant. They "fixed" it and told us to pick it up ($1400 later). We picked it up and it was still misfiring like crazy. They kept it when we complained and the service manager, Cody, said that he would make it right. Our salesman Darren Dunn went out of his way to ask and answere all the right questions. He found a way to get us the best deal possible on our 2017 3500 Larime truck. Closing was the quickest we have ever experienced. Thank you LHM Sandy team!

"Just keep driving it", they said. "It'll get better", they said. The engine blew up. So much for their wisdom! Now, a new engine and It's's not running right, again! "Just keep driving it," they say. "The computer needs to learn your driving style" they say. As the engine rattles around under the hood! Do they even hear how stupid they sound?

If you're looking for a Jeep, do yourself a favor and ask for Colby Campbell. Straight forward, no BS, great deal for both of us. Best price I found in the valley. Best car buying experience I've had. Service department was great and very helpful as well. In and out quickly.

Friend came in to get his jeep fixed only to be screwed over with half ass'd job and waste of his time. I will not be making a trip over to this location if it's my last place to go.

My husband and I decided to purchase a new car and choose Larry Miller, Jeep. We went in with a good outlook but ended up very disappointed. We went through all the negotiations which took almost 3 hours, due to the representative helping so many other customers. They found the car at another dealership and said it would be delivered the next day (today). We signed the paperwork and made the commitment.
