Been there several times and always for 2-3 times longer then they quote. They even confused my car with a matching one this last time. Was there for 4 hours instead of the 2 hours max I was quoted just to be told my brakes are fine and it's just dust, a trim part I had falling off was out of stock, and a huge dent that I went there to get fixed wasn't even seen due to the car being dirty-dont know how they could've missed it either way. Me and my husband have bought three vehicles from the sandy jeep dodge dealership in the southtowne Auto mall. Mike, our finance guy, has always been amazing. Jann and Mario (I think) are our salesmen every time we have gone in. They are knowledgeable and always finding exactly what we need. My recent visit to the service department was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better sales person! Dave Morfin is the bomb! Very honest and caring..no wheeling and dealing. My son bought his first car and Dave took the time to find him exactly what he wanted! He stuck to the price we told him. We'll be back for our next purchase for sure.
Second time in a row that we have had an early morning appointment for repairs and after 7 1/2 hours they still haven't started it. Very frustrating experience but Cody, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you Cody!
