I had a couple of recalls that needed to be taken care of. Scheduling it was easy and fast. I dropped it off in the morning, came by at the end of the day and it was all done and ready to go. No hassles, problems or delays. This is how all companies should operate. Great customer service. Good job guys! Keep it up.

I switched to this dealership for service after repeated horrible service at YD in Morgan, UT. Everything LHM has done has been great. A problem that had not been able to be located or fixed in over a year was located and fixed in 20 min and the didn’t even charge to tighten a bolt. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a shuttle if you need. My last experience was great as an earlier problem was finally found that had been reported earlier under warranty but my car was out. Cody, the service manager and his team are the Best ! No appointment and they got us in to do the oil changes, tire rotations and did the recalls that needed to be done very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone I know !!

I have to give 5 stars. I think I was the sales guy's first sale, so you'd think it could be a bit awkward or rocky. Not at all. Both he and the senior sales guy helping him were genuine and I figured out pretty quick that Larry H Miller was designed to be unlike most of my past experiences. Their sales people aren't commission-based, so they're is no pressure to put you in a vehicle that's really better for them. Seriously BEST customer service i have ever had. They go above and beyond to help. I have owned my van for 2 years now and every oil change they have been amazing and helped me with my kids. Now today I go in and after i left i was called and told they found a way to help me. The lady helping me today will never know how much this means!
