Found a beautiful 2017 Cherokee TrailHawk next door at the Jeep Dealership but could not come to terms on it with the salesfolk. A friend told me to call Bob "Dauber" Barton and see what he could do. Went to the service center here for emissions and a couple recalls. They overbooked and kept my car for 2 days, didn’t do the emissions test, and lost my keys. A couple days later, I got a phone call saying the parts for my recall were in, but when I had picked my car up, they had told me that the recall was completed. Called a manager several times, but could never get a straight answer as to whether the recall was completed or not. This place is complete chaos.

I will never go back to this dealer. They told me that the deal was set and they had me approved at a price I was good with, all I had to do was come down and sign the papers. They even got the paperwork started before I got there. Then when my wife and I got down there we sat there waiting for over an hour to find out that they now want $150 more a month.

RecommendedJust bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn from LHM in Sandy. Ben Hardy answered when I called. I let him know I needed over $10k in year end rebates and he really came through. I was at the showroom at 9 the next morning and we closed in a very short time with extra negotiations in my favor. What a great team! I’m very pleased with my new Ram. She’s a beaut!
