Jasmine and AJ have gone out of their way to make my experience with the business a enjoyable and easy one. I could not have asked them to be more fair or flexible with my purchase. As I was trading in my old vehicle, there were some hang ups with me forgetting things that I guess I "hid" around my old Jeep. I was always welcome and treated well, even when I am sure my random drop ins were inconvenient.

The deal we made for our Pacifica was decent but then everything beyond that was a serious pain. We had to leave our vehicle with them 3 times in a 2 week period for a few things that were promised to be done and every time they said it was ready for pick up, they had only accomplished 1 job off the checklist. I cant thank Steven enough for helping me with my purchase of a challenger. Worst experience I have ever had in buying a new/used car. We purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with only 18k on it. We live a few hours away so after work it was somewhat late getting up there. When we did get there it was running? We asked him why and he wanted it cool for us since its summer. We drove it, afterward he said leave it on so my guys can detail it and gas it for you. Purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler today and had a great experience. When we drove on to the lot we were immediately greeted by Riley. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We test drove 2 different models and ultimately ended up choosing a black JK model. Thanks Riley and Wes for your patience and hard work! You guys rock!

Made an appointment to bring my car in at 8:00 am. We told them we weren’t staying but assumed that they would look at our car to let us know what what needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Dyer a couple of hours we decided to call and found out that they hadn’t even looked at it yet. What is the point of making an appointment if they take their sweet time looking at it.
