I bought a Jeep Compass two months ago and It was not a good experience. Oscar gave us a jeep with a defect that it was covered while we were checking the car. It gave me headaches and I felt they took advantage of me. Disappointed!!!!

I just bought a truck from them. During the entire process everyone from the sales person to the service department treated me like a person and not a paycheck. I had key fob issues and they took care of it without hesitating. When its time to upgrade I know I will be returning to them.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there recently to get my A/C fixed. They gave me quote, fixed my A/c then tried to up sell me on something that NEVER needed replaced or serviced on my car. Thankfully, my brother-in-law is a mechanic and told me that info. They were taking advantage of me as a woman. They never would have told my husband the same thing. I will never take my car back there for this reason. Women beware! They will take advantage of you.
