I brought my Dodge Ram in with a horse trailer attached in the late afternoon without an appointment. I had an electrical short that kept the tail lights on the trailer from working. They understood my safety concerns and made time to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They found and corrected the problem within an hour and I was able to travel safely again.
