Was very dissatisfied with my experience, lost a lot of trust. Went in for some simple diagnostics work & told one price, then after assuring me everything checked out & they needed to do some further electrical diagnostics work I said ok, & they said the problem was a bad wire that had been fixed. THE WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They jerked me around, lied to me about numbers, vehicle specs, ran my credit 8 times after they continuously said only twice, not to mention the unprofessionalism from Chris the sales guy that says he makes $100k a month and doesn’t need to work there. Im SO Angry . went to check out some cars today . explained to the dealer my credit situation . He offered me to look at a few cars. Told Me To Keep My Spirits High ... i knew better. the first car was a chrysler 200 . went to test drive it . and its COMPLETELY out of gas ! They’re on top of it to sell you a car but after that you can’t get a call back. I bought my Jeep using Costco pricing and I can’t get the forms done so I can get the credit. I’m 12 messages into it with no responses. Unreal! I should have waited for the inventory to get to Karl Malone in Heber... bought my 2016 there and received amazing service all the way around.

would not recommend. stephen beck is incredibly rude and unprofessional. i took my car in originally for a recall. when i picked it up the first time it was still having the same issue. i gave it a week and it persisted. so i took it in again to have it actually fixed this time. he called as soon as i got back to my house (10 minutes) saying it was done and theyd fixed it last week. i told stephen i was still having the same issue, which, based on all my research and speaking with multiple mechanics, still had to do with the... read more
