Awesome house, spacious and homely with everything you need. Easy walk to the beach and a brilliant garden which is a nice little sun trap even when it's blowing a hooley! Garage space to dry wetsuits is fab. Large rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend. Thanks!!

Had a very pleasant stay, with the property being a short walk from the beach and the seafront shops / pasties! There is lots of space in the house so you can find space to relax or socialise as you feel, plus there is a big seating area in the garden and a large conservatory (if the weather changes your outdoor plans). We had a fabulous out of season stay at pine tree lodge. Polzeath is always beautiful at this time of year but really pleased to find this spacious house so close to the surf and coastal path. Loads of space for our group to all eat together and great to have a properly stocked kitchen with the right utensils and sharp knives so you can really cook. Sheltered garden, and warm and sunny conservatory appreciated for the smaller ones and proper beds for a good nights sleep! We’ll definitely be back!
