I recently bought a pair of silver earrings for £60 in this shop. About 2 month later, the fixture on the earring to fit the earring snapped off. I return the earring to the jewellery to either exchange with the receipt or free repair. I felt the quality of the earring was poor. He blamed me for handling the earring poorly and wanted be to pay £25 for repair. I was appalled and left the shop. I needed to get a Clip/Spring for my Bracelet. The Business Owner was very warm Friendly and Helpful. He quoted me 2 options regarding the above and incl his Labour and Part's and the duration.
