Excellent service and even better pint of Timothy Taylor. New owners but is still as food as remember from when I lived nearby
Very friendly pub. Owner is a really nice bloke and his breakfast is top notch. We will definitely be back!

Rooms all newly refurbished. Very clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food portions were very generous. Bus service was very good. To Buxton, Whaley Bridge and Glossop. £2 for any journey.
My partner and I stayed the night of a wedding. Found the Inn no problem and parked round the back. We found the staff very friendly, helpful and so accomodating and couldn't have done any more for us. The owner was especially lovely and cooked us a fantastic full English in the morning (which was needed!) which I highly recommend. He was very attentive and made us feel so welcome, we stayed for a chat after checking out because his company was so warm and endearing. The room was lovely and bed very comfy indeed.
