The staff is very nice but the new computer system is an "epic" fail. I understand there will always be some kinks in a new system but the software engineer that created this mess and the people tasked with migrating to the new system did not do a great job. After surgery 24 hours ago the computer still would not allow my father to eat anything. We had to go down to the surgeon and he had to physically override the system to allow him to eat. This it's unacceptable!
Had to go have a procedure done yesterday. One of the worst experiences ever!!!!! I was very hesitant with having to go here in first place. Had two bad experiences here in past. Yesterday was just horrible. I will never forget yesterday. It was such a mess to say the least!
