considering black women die in high numbers due to medical racism, why is my friend still in your ER in Afib? it's been over a hr.
There is a black woman sitting in the ER with severe chest pain she has been waiting and has yet to be examined... DO SOMETHING ASAP. this is unacceptable there's even word she's been standing in a hall. cardiac. patients should be first priority. she has children at home and she is trusting you with her life.

My mom was recently taken to the trauma center at Lankenau last Tuesday. What a wonderful and caring job everyone there did to care for my mom. You were all wonderful! And the nurses on the SICU floor rock! Especially, Fatima!
We had a disappointing experience with my mom last year. This year, my dad is there and we are off on the same track. 6.5 hours in the ER, with no food or drink offered for hours to him. He was finally admitted to a room, which was only marginally clean. Nurses are good. Dad's primary doctors are good. But the facility leaves the patients and visitors questioning the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. One dingy elevator from the parking garage that everyone had to use for the weekend.
