Everyone, from Doctor down to housekeeping are all very friendly and very willing to help strangers who appears to be lost. The signage are well designed and informative. There are ample parking lots/garages for visitors and patients for reasonable fees. The facility has great cafeteria and snacks shops. There's an on site pharmacy. Throughout the facility, there are information desks. Above all of this, the hospital environment is very clean.
Thanks to everyone for they're well wishes and for those i know that said nothing or not acknowledging that i was in the Hospital keep it that way when in public. yeah I'm still in here hopefully I'll be cleared to go home this afternoon only if I'm cool don't wanna rush it.
Lankenau has the best doctors, nurses, PCTs, transport, environmental staff, food prep staff & servers. They care about you and take every measure necessary to make sure you get better. The food is beyond amazing for a hospital. This was restaurant style food. Very nutritious and delicious �
Unfortunately ive had my leg operated on 14 times now since 2013 due to a ruptured achilles tendon, but the problem has been chronic infections landing me in here at Lankenau many many many times and every single time was great at least for being in the hospital! The nurses, Dr's, medical assistant's,etc were all wonderful, nice, polite & caring! Oh and the food is excellent!
The physician was on time to see me and check on my condition and try to immagin my health condition at that moment;therefore, he immediately provided treatment after the diagnosing the problem.
I had my chemo port removed by Dr John Marks. From the time I checked in, I received the best care. Everybody in the Same Day Surgery was the greatest. I have had 2 major surgeries, 2 lesser surgeries, an exploratory, and a colonoscopy - always treated well. Even my husband thinks everyone at the hospital is tremendous (he is not an easy man to please).
