The lack of professionalism on Saturday evening from the registration person wearing a kemar was upsetting! I came in with a Cough and she mocked me, and the persons whom she was registering at the time both "oh this cough" "everyone has a cough" "let me go get the print out cough cough" I was treated for acute bronchitis with my "cough" and this dip wit of a person who is on the frontline was minding my business all while NOT being professional. I saw Dr. Myers from the Pulmonary Clinic and every visit thus far has been great. However, I do think the receptionist that checked me in could use a major attitude adjustment.
