No compassion. Inconsistent care. Understaffed and overworked. Unsanitary, dirty facilities. Overflowing trash cans. Used PPE on the floors. Lack of empathy and care for patients concerns. Patients denied respite-visits while on their deathbed. No one should have to die begging for comfort. Lankenau Medical Center is not standing up to their Mission, Vision and Values. I will never go to this hospital again.

I would never use them again, they registered me as the wrong name and now I am getting bills from the because my insurance won't pay because they sent bill under wrong name...how incompetent. Not to mention doctor was over 2 hours late for procedure and I was left sitting in a dressing room for over an hour, when aide said she would be right back, completely ignored when I would look out and try to get someone.
Everything/ been going to Lankenau since 1967 and it’s just gotten better and better.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Top doctors, latest technology and staff members seem genuinely happy in their work.
