I’ve been a long time patient and patron of Lankenau and always had great experiences. But Recently We had to bring my mom in after she broke her hip a few weeks ago. Everyone from the ED staff to the Surgery& Nursing staff on 1SW , transport to housekeeping was extremely professional , compassionate and efficient. Dr David Vegari got her into surgery ASAP and she was comfortable and up walking hours later!! I can’t thank everyone enough. Another reason why I use and recommend Lankenau to everyone I know!!!

Statically speaking, black women have a higher death rate than any other demographic. So why are you not making the one in your waiting room right now a priority?
A black woman with AFib and a history of heart issues has been left waiting at your hospital for OVER THREE HOURS despite the urgency of the situation and numerous inquiries regarding her wellbeing. SHE IS STILL WAITING!!! Based on past reviews it is clear that this hospital is consistently neglectful. What steps will be taken to immediately rectify this with the patient and prevent similar mistreatment from occurring in the future?
Why was my friend who is in Afibmade to walk back from her eval and made to stand in the hallway after being told there are no wheelchairs?!? SHES A CARDIAC PATIENT FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!! What kind of hospital is this?!?!?!?!?!???
