Very good to deal with. The job was kept neat and tidy and everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend!
Paid £3,000 for work to be done that is so bad it will have to be redone by another firm, the owner and receptionist were both aggressive and rude.
I have had work done at the property that has cost me £9,000, the work is appalling this firm doesn't respond to my complaint my mistake was handing over money too soon. This firm has never responded to put work right' I now need to find another firm to do the work which means I am having to pay twice. that now needs to be done again
Absolute joke from start 2 finish... shower unit is near my knees.... wen asked to put back up my towel rail it was also put at knee lenth... wen told that I wanted 2 keep my own expensive shower head and hose victor smith went away with it... and while they were in cupboard sorting pipes ect... the tank off my carpet cleaner was stolen... would not recommend them
Patio door replaced 2 years ago, great job, no fuss, still working great.
