Hey landers you remember when you charged me 150 to do absolutely nothing to my car well my little brother fixed what your trained technicians couldn't. Good job being completely worthless and keeping my car for six days for no reason but because your lazy.

We bought over 90,000 dollars worth of cars not even a year ago had to bring one of them in for maintenance was not told we would not be provided with a loaner at the time of drop off then was told by the end of Business we would be provided with one no call or follow up we both have jobs now one of us will be pretty much stranded at Work whereas both of our jobs require us to leave frequently. Made a service appointment 2 weeks out. Show up for my appointment and they lost my appointment. Was told they might be able to get to me today. Then was told next appointment date wouldn't be until almost a month later.
