I was reminded today why I've never bought a vehicle from this dealership �
I didn't buy a car from this dealership but is wasn't because the service wasn't good. I had great service from Matthew McConaughey and will be back to buy when ready.

They have very nice people working at Landers. However, we took our Grand Cherokee in for a recall & they left panels loose and didn't clean up after they completed the job. Took the vehicle back up there, they fixed the panels and say "they wiped up" but the dash (work was completed near the sunroof controls) was still filthy! I'll never buy or get a vehicle serviced there again & will lean everyone I know away from this dealership.

So far, so good. Brand new truck (two months old) having electrical issues. Very pleased with service advisor, my salesman, Joe Green, and my rental. Mr. Joe has absolutely gone above and beyond. We shall see how my truck is repaired. Rating subject to change on that basis alone.
