Last week I was Preapproved online and came in and looked at a few cars and told the sales person my situation and they kept telling me they can do it and get me what I fell in love with and very pushy but apparently they couldn't get me financed, which is fine but they didn't have the common courtesy to call me and tell me. Can't speak on behalf of the service department. I dealt with Joe Green when buying my Ram truck. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had. I drove from Sterlington to make my purchase. Joe was courteous and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. I will be back in the future!

After a recent oil change, I had mentioned in my survey that I was not happy with the breaks on my 2014 Jeep Compass. I bought it brand new and it only had 25k miles on it. The brakes would screech anytime I backed up rain or shine. It was SUPER embarrassing, and I was ashamed of my vehicle. John Frazier, the service manager, gave me a ring and ordered my vehicle some aftermarket brake pads. He made the process extremely easy. He got me set up with a rental vehicle for 24 hours.
