First time Landers Dodge in Bossier has EVER upset me in 3 years. They have thirty minutes to close and we were just asked to come back on Monday because they have 30 minutes of work to do... That is unprofessional and just plain rude. We drive an hour and 15 minutes to this place for our oil changes because we have a package with them. Not much at the moment.
My daughter purchased a dart from these people and has had nothing but trouble out of it. This last episode took the cake when they picked her car up because it wouldn't shift out of drive and instead of these idiots taking the car to bossier they took it to Marshall Tx. My child has been without transportation for 2 days now and they claim they couldn't give her anything to ride in to get to work but they gonna want they're car note when it's due.
give you a 3 for not deleting all the 1 star reviews. sounds like I may visit Heberts for my next new car.
I love my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Thank you Tyler Cook for being such a great salesman and helping me find the perfect vehicle!
Horrible service depArtment! I had a nail in my tire & they said they could not get it out and that I would have to get a brand new tire .... Went to gateway & they got the nail out with no problem .. They patched it up at NO charge! I will NEVER go back to landers! They are horrible & some sorry people!
