How can vehicle loss about 20,000 dollars value in 3 years ... Now nobody will not refinance it .... I learn three lessons .... I will never buy from this dealer.... I will never buy a car that is not at least two years old and I will never co sign again

Stopped by to get oil changed in my Charger 15' service seemed pretty good until I stopped at rest area and noticed a dead body in my damn trunk!!! I'm never going back!!!
I bought a car a year ago from this dealership and although I like the car, I have already had two recalls and has had to be serviced two other times as well. But, the worst part is the service, I have been jacked around every single time I have had to deal with them. Almost all of the people are rude, they never go through with what they tell you they are going to do and noone can give you any answers for your questions. We bought two trucks on the same day from them and we love the trucks but their service after is awful! Be prepared to be treated with a " I don't care ' type of attitude ! Never buy our trucks ever again with them.

Just over a year ago, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart, I was happy and excited to have this beautiful navy blue car. The car has now started giving me problems cutting off and won't start unless I get a boost. When I took it into the service department they are the most RUDE, ARROGANT, NASTIEST people I have ever encountered and only wants to give me the run around and quite frankly I don't care how many techs called in or jow backed up you are, I don't think my car should be cutting off like it is being that it's only a year ... read more
