Had the worst experience with Landers service department. Not only did my car sit there all day waiting on brakes to be done which did no happen. When I leave a man has to yell and have me stop in the middle of the road so he can run out and tighten the lugs on my wheels that didn't get tightened! Will never be back there!

I purchased my 1st Dodge in January 2013; a "Blacktop Edition" Charger! Best car I have ever owned! I get tons of compliments on it and driving it is a true pleasure. Landers takes care of it when I take it in for service; quick in...quick out. Everyone in the service department is courteous and pleasant. I have only used the Bossier location but I am sure others would be just as nice. As long as Dodge contiues to make cars like my charger I will be a loyal customer...Thanks again Landers!!!
Service Department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Your customer service is worse than walmart, no one can get back to us on our vehicle which has been in your garage since monday. Will never use or recommend your company to anyone.
