I’ve been waiting on a call back for at least a week. Every time I call Landers, a rep just tells me an advisor will call me back to make an appointment to get my car looked at. They never do. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, but this will be my last car I will buy from them!
I have been trying to set up an appointment to get a recall fixed for FIVE WEEKS! After leaving multiple messages over many weeks, I finally spoke to the service manager who said he would order the parts and I would get a call in a couple of days to schedule the repair. Well, it's been over a week, I have NOT received a call and no one will answer the phone in the service department. Bought my car in Feb of 2017! The night we got it home we looked and it had no OIL in it!!! It was bought BRAND NEW!!!! Ever since then we have had nothing but problem!! In the past month my check engine light has come on 3 different times I called yesterday to get a appt and was told they would call me back in a hour.... yeah that didn't happen because they didn't call back at all!!!!

This has been one of the most awful experiences I have ever had to deal with. I had my vehicle brought in for a few issues 3 weeks ago, part of the original issues was fix. I was told my work truck was now ready, only to be disappointed by the one of the main issues had not be handled.
