David D is a straight up gentlemen along with the screw Andrew and Trey couldn’t ask for a better experience...... now they are all ugly but that’s about it. Love these guys
Landers Dodge is the worst ever my first car I ever purchased off the lot and I will not tell anyone to go to them for nothing they do not like to fix anything but charge you I called the office to complain about this noise under the car that's been going on since I purchased it and also the flap in the front was hanging and the salesman said they'll fix it and never have because come to find out it's connected to the whole grill and they knew it now my car makes a ticking noise when I start it never again will I tell anyone... read more

I have bought numerous vehicles from Landers. I have bought new and used. Never had a problem. If I did it was always taken care of. I would give them a 5 rating, it won’t let me rate them. At one point I wouldn’t go there due to management. Now I will since Tom is back!!!

Customer Service is horrible!!! They don’t care about the customers at all. An appointment means NOTHING!!! They make you wait a month for an appointment and still may not look at your car on your appointment time and date. Car has been messed up for two months. They finally looked at the car and claimed to have fixed it but it’s still broken. Called to tell them and they said to bring it back in 3 weeks. They are a joke and my business will be going elsewhere in the future
