This has been one of the most awful experiences I have ever had to deal with. I had my vehicle brought in to LANDERS DODGE IN BOSSIER CITY, La for a few issues 3 weeks ago, some of the original issues were fixed. Service sucks!! Bought brand new 1500 ram 2 yrs ago. They put you off for over a month with a check engine light on while still under warranty! Bad sensor but still....over a month?? Last oil change they messed up the filter and didn't tighten it good so truck was loosing oil then beat us out of our last free oil change. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Called Browns in Minden they got us in within 2 days, part odered and fixed within a week.

I purchased my Jeep from landers in September 2017 and never got the chance to leave my review. This business is AMAZING! I literally had the best experience here at this dealership! I found my Jeep the day the previous owner traded it in. I knew I wanted it and bought it the day it was traded it but they refused to let me take it home until they finished repairing the brake rotors and the fuel injector.
