My husband and I purchased an Audi Q5 yesterday at the dealership. Lee Canupp made the process easy and pleasant with his engaging manner and professionalism. He knew when to speak and when to leave us on our own to deliberate. Darlene Epps was also supremely helpful. We are happy with the experience.

Took my Land Rover for a service this morning and had the worst experience ever. Service Advisor, Kim told me that "some parts were missing" on my Land Rover and I have to authorize additional service charges in order to "fix vehicle". I started asking more questions and I quickly learned that nothing was missing, but mechanic decided to replace $360 set of bolts so my car "runs better". Poor customer service and dishonest staff. When I initially purchased my vehicle the service was impeccable. A few years down the road and the service has gone down tremendously! My husband recently dropped my car off to be serviced, the car was at the dealership for over 14 days and when I got my car back my windshield was cracked! I was told that this was due to landscaper at carmax( where your car is actually taken to be fixed) I took the car back to have the windshield replaced , the car was kept an extra day due to the fact that" there was no one to go get the c... read more

I am so excited to be a proud owner of the newly released 2018 Audi Q5. Jessie Giuseppe( Audi salesman for #2 Audi's) and Darlene made this all possible.
