The service department is HORRIBLE. i have an A4. Drove from EC N.C. after calling the day before and the morning of appointment and being told the parts to fix the recall were there. Arrived at dealership and was told, they only had the “bypass” fix. If a car has a cooling fan on it..it is there for a reason and unplugging it is NOT a fix. So, I drove 60 miles one way in horrible traffic, only to have to drive back thru the same horrible traffic and wasted my time and gas. All they could say was..we are sorry. The service and sales team are incredibly customer focused. If I could, I would give them 6/5!! Lee was fabulous through the sale of my 2016 Q3, Persanda and Mike were outstanding in service, and parts always went out of there way make sure i had the parts for my needs. All the staff show their PASSION BEHIND THE BRAND. To me, Checkered flag Audi is the top luxury car dealership in Hampton roads. Incredibly accommodating for military and extremely respectfully. Very thankful for a business like this! Awesome team!
