Mark was super friendly and knowledgeable. During our heat check, he suggested ways to easily insulate our laundry room and save on our heating bill. Even called the electrician for tips on insulating near the circuit box. Upgraded to the gold plan which will be well worth the money I'm sure. And very glad that they now do electrical work - one stop shop!

We are in the middle of a heat wave - what a great time for the air conditioner to go kaput - called Lancaster Plumbing and Heating and was told that someone would be out this afternoon - got a call about 45 mins later - Maris would be out within 30 mins - 20 mins later he was at the door and immediately checked out the problem - he told us what was wrong and what our options were - he didn't have the correct part with him but as he explained what needed to be done another young man showed up with the needed part - Maris rep... read more
Our A/C wasn't functioning properly. The humidity in our house was high. It was noted that the Freon was low. We had a leak. It was originally estimated we would need to replace the whole system but then Mark came out and he realized the leak was from a cap outside that wasn't sealed properly. Our A/C bill went from potentially being $5,000 to $250 since we only needed to add Freon!!!!! Thank you Mark for doing your job and checking all areas of the system.
1000.00 dollar bill for a 6.00 dollar problem, shame on you for running up a service call to make money. Would not recommend unless you willingly want to waste your money.
Rich Russo was the best! He installed our water softener, filter, and UV light today! He had a lot of work to do and did the job right and fast. First time calling and the problem turning in a septic pump replacement...Kevin and Brent are both doing a wonderful jump removing a beast of a pump and upgrading our system in serious heat today...great job and all the support staff that made it possible today!!
Thanks Kevin Jones for coming to the rescue and fixing the aftermath of my son and his friend making a game out of throwing stones down our sewer vent pipe! Kevin worked quickly, effectively, provided explanations and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. The first company wanted to call in a vacuum truck without even looking at the problem! Kevin was able to fix the problem with just a sewer snake and avoid a more costly repair.
