Greg was friendly, informative, and explained what he was doing and why. I always like to fine a great tech and will be requesting him in the future.
Leaky pipe discovered, called and Jay arrived in about 2 hours. He looked at the problem and then gave me a couple of choices (which I appreciated). He was very professional and explained everything to me. Jay was able to do the work and did a great job. He did not leave a mess and explained the service contract I signed up for. I would definitely recommend Lancaster Plumbing & Heating and would like to commend Jay for his excellent service.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Greg from Lancaster heating and plumbing. I have a service contract with them and Greg came this morning to check the plumbing for me. Grateful for the service they give us on our rental properties. They are always prompt courteous and respectful of the tenants. We have had them out to clear lines and troubleshoot leaks. I have referred them again and again!
We had a new heat pump installed along with 1/2 bath remodel and numerous odd jobs done over the past week! The LHP crew, HVAC is Eric maris Isaac Brent Steve Tom is electrical we all very professional and went above and beyond! We would recommend and definitely use their services again!
Looking in the Yellow pages I found Your company listing and called to make a sevice appointment for my water softner. I was greeted by a cheerful and efficient woman who set the appointment for the following day. The next morning she called me to let me know that the service person would be Greg and he was on his way. Again I found him to be very efficent and professional. He went over the whole unit with me so I could under stand it and felt very comfortable when he left
We r 1st time customers. R furnace wasn't working & they had their Technicians @ R house w/in less than 90 minutes. Both Rick & Isaac we very polite, efficient & very proffessional. We highly recommended this company to everyone & will be using them in the future. R previous Plumbing/heating man retired & no one likes having to find a new ETHICAL company. They were highly recommended about 6 months ago & I am so glad I save their contact info.
