Tom C. our Tech returned 2/14/17 to clear a sewage drain struggled with on 2/13/17 at our residents, he worked very hard for at least nine hours to resolve the problem, using a camera , and pressurized water flow . Once he was satisfied the drain was clear, he took the time to educate us how to possibly avoid a repeat of todays problem. We were very pleased with Tom and his professionalism.
Mark found a few code violations on my furnace which was nice to know. I called today and he's coming out to fix it first thing Monday morning. Overall, very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service and the technicians. Great company!
RecommendedRick was our tech today. On time and finished our system check quickly and made sure we understood everything he did. Thanks Rick for being so nice! We will be asking for Rick for the next system check.
We have been customers of Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling&Electrical for many many years. Our most recent upgrade was a tankless water heater system with water softener. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about everything, courteous, professional and prompt. We love our new system and are looking forward to working with them for every upcoming project in their field of expertise. We highly recommend the entire team.
Tom C was my technician. On a Saturday evening, we discovered water coming from our hot water heater - the death knoll. Called Lancaster Pluming, Heating, Cooling & Electrical - and a tech was at my house within an hour! Came home from work last night to a cold house, the furnace was not working, and it was getting cold outside! Thanks to Maris from Lancaster Plumbing and Heating for coming to the rescue! The house temp reached 53 degrees, but is now warming up once more.
Mark is the absolute best! Completely trust him in my home and to recommend what we need. Always request him!
