Eric and (we can not for the life of us remember the other gentleman's name, we had a hectic day) they replaced our AC system quickly and cleaned up as well! They were very respectful also! Well I have worked here for close to ten years now and I'll be completely honest; I'd be proud to have any of our technicians in my house!
Today Mark came to check my furnace and he did an excellent job. He answered my questions and explained to me the different parts of my furnace. I had problems with noise from my vents and he used simple tools to fix the problem. I am know longer afraid of my furnace and will request Mark for my next checkup. Thank you!!!
First of all their great service starts with the receptionist who answers the phone "how can I make you smile today", after that it is followed by their great service techs. I had Rick who was very courteous and respectful, he shared information with me at all stages of the repair and gave me honest opinions and suggestions.
