I am selling my house & the Building Inspector said the AC needed replaced. AC is only 7 years and as far as I was concerned it got cold in my house. Called Lancaster Plumbing & heating & they were there the next day... no new AC needed, it just needed a charge & Eric B. was on his way.. Fast & efficient @ a very nice guy. Greg, was the technician, who came out to unclog my sink. The company called to make sure I was home for my service, because I work a lot. Greg show up in about 30 mins. later. I was worried abut my dog, but he was awesome with my dog, and told me he has a dog also. Greg explained what he was going to do, and in no time found the clog. Put everything back together.
