Rick came out to fix our air conditioning & found out we needed a new motor so he replaced it. They were very professional & I would highly recommend them for heating & air cond.
I have used LPH for several years. I have never been disappointed with anything from the office staff to the technicians. Maureen usually calls to let me know it's time for a systems check and Mike calls to let me know about the arrival time and always I am asked if it is ok to send someone out to my home. Techs are very friendly and keep me well informed as to what they are doing and if anything needs to be checked or updated in the future. Always 100% pleased with everything.
Eric was very professional and neat. He put on the gauges and check the unit outside and inside. All was working the way it should. He explained the way the unit works. Appreciated his honesty and skill. Very satisfied.

Larry G did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done for my heat pump replacement and was very attentive to my needs as far as scheduling the best day that would suit me to have it done. Excellent job.
Needed electrical work done. Called Lancaster plumbing, heating and electric. Tom was my service technician. He was wonderful! Very professional and friendly! Tom put a covering over his shoes to protect my carpets. I liked them so much I got their service contract. If you need a company this is the one to go with!!
