The service plan offered does not actually include any service it’s just inspections. We received 3 different prices from 3 different people in their office. Of course in the end we ended up paying the higher price. The HVAC guy spent most of his time in his van instead of doing the work we were paying for. Another company had to come out and redo the work we had paid for them to do because it wasn’t done correctly. Very disappointed. Will never use this company again.

5 Stars! Top Notch Service! Jay is a great service technician. The install of my new hot water heater went with out a hitch. Before he left Jay cleaned up, showed me what he did, explained how to use it and made some recommendations. I highly recommend Jay and LP&H.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Everything from nice dispatchers to a very friendly and knowledgeable technician made this a wonderful experience. For $99, the tech cleaned out my lines, ran a camera to confirm the lines were clean to the main, cleaned up the mess, and taught me how to maintain clean lines. Highly recommended!

The customer service was excellent from the receptionist to the technician. The tech arrived within the allotted time and was extremely professional and friendly. I will be using them again!!!
