Had a great experience with a last-minute emergency call. Customer service kept us informed, and their representative arrived in a timely manner as promised. Work was done quickly and professionally by Tom, who took great care to make sure everything was neat and clean when he was finished. The extra safety precautions taken in light of the Coronavirus, are certainly appreciated. Pricing was reasonable and we definitely recommend!

Great service! Knowledgeable team that is neat, courteous and also takes the time to explain their work. They did a great job installing a new heater and AC unit and I am very pleased and would highly recommend!
Fantastic prompt service! We have a well so if anything goes wrong with the pump or equipment in the house, we have no water, no toilet flushing, no dish washing, no hand washing. Yikes! Yesterday LPH came to our rescue with all the correct parts needed to fix our ailing system. Saved the day! We are grateful.
Our service person was great. Some unexpected things came up during his visit and he handled them really well, and was really friendly through the complications
We have an annual home review program for our home. This week we had our electrical review provided by Steve C. He did a very through job and provided excellent feedback. He did recommend installation of a whole home surge protection system. All other aspects of the review were in order and satisfactory. We will be glad to have Steve back for the next annual electrical review.
