I was very satisfied with everything....the fast arrival time, the knowledge of the Tech person. His name is Tom. Did his job and well even though it was a difficult one (my 50 gal. water heater fell through my Floor ! )he worked hard with no complaining. I give your company and Tom a 10+ 👍

Lancaster Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was excellent! From getting scheduled so soon (after our heat stopped working in the freezing cold) for the guys to come look and diagnose the problem, to coming out the next day to completely take out the old and install the new! Everyone was so friendly, (All the guys loved on our Shihtzus- whom loved them back!) and also were thoughtful in coming in our home with shoe coverings and laying down protectant sheets over top the carpet.
