It was my first time visiting and I will be coming back. Service is very quick. Staff were very friendly too.
Jenny,I’ve been a customer for 1 year however, today will be my last visit. It was very clear your staff, mainly the male workers, had a big issue with the condition of my nails on my arrival. Throughout the 70minute appt you all gossiped and took turns to complain about my nails. This is poor customer service and quite rude. This shows the zero respect you have for your customers. Love this nail bar. Staff are awesome. Go every 2 weeks and they always do a great job.
Lovely staff and a reasonable price.
Paid extra for a manicure and even though I got cut ( and they used glue to stick it back) I would expect to have the manicure bit free. Nails look grown out even though it’s been two days. They never paint at the cuticle. Won’t be back
