I went to this salon recently and was being treated by a young male technician. The lady owner stood next to me noticing I had a splinter underneath my nail. I have had this for years and it has never caused me a problem. She decided without asking to remove the splinter with clippers. Obviously this really hurt. She was intending on still covering my nail with a false one which I obviously told her that wasn't a good idea. So then I was left with only 9 nails completed. Who gave her the right to do this? I am fuming

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, professional or kind experience. I was seen to by 2 different people, I believe the second person was the owner… she seemed to be stuck up, rushing my nails and I just felt unvalued. Plus it was expensive. No one done my cuticles. I left with glue still around my finger nails and my nails look short and stumpy. Took my daughter for her first waxing appointment. When I opened the door to leave the beauty room , I found the owner standing directly outside the beauty room, listening in to our conversation. My daughter was very nervous and felt that the owner was rushing her appointment. The beautician doing the waxing was amazing , really good with my daughter.

I was slightly apprehensive when reading reviews, and now I know why. Within the first 5 minutes of arriving I had to tell 3 separate people what I was there for, despite booking my service and paying online.
