Recommendedthe service was fast and miss britney was very helpful at explaining what was done.. lamarque ford is where i go for my services and recommend going there for your ford services
They don’t return phone calls or emails. If you purchase the extras like gap insurance, etc and you pay your car off sooner than you thought or sell it don’t expect to get your money back on these products. I have been trying since early November to get this resolved and it’s not as of today.

*AWFUL SERICE DEPT* My airbag was recalled. They lost my initial service ticket to have it replaced. I have left several voicemails because no one answers the phone (even the manager). STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE OVER A WEEK AND HALF.

Love the new Quick Lane! My only complaint is that I sat at the old Quick Lane from 6:45 to 7am waiting for it to open last Saturday as I was not aware the new space had opened. Someone came out at 6:55, asked if I was there for an oil change-yes I was- then said I had to drive over to the new area. There should be a sign with what services are done at which area. I was first in line with others behind me and we all had to back up. Fortunately there weren't too many customers at the new area. I was in and out. Loved it!!
I just want to give a giant shoutout to Lance for helping me get my Toyota 86! He was able to really help me out during my time of stress and got me an unbelievable price I didn’t think I would be able to receive. I urge anyone who’s looking for a car, go to Lance. He truly takes care of you.
