Any service department whose next appointment is 9 days out to do warranty work on a vehicle they leased is doing something wrong. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone from the service department. Go to Bohn, they got me in and out in an hour and a half, on the same day I called for an appointment.
service dept is very polite and helpful especially Bobby
His "love America or leave it" comments towards football players... will keep me from loving and buying his cars. We didn't get to where we are (2016, at least) by simply nodding at the whims of elitists.
